Nobody called me for my "appointment" set for 11:50 a.m. today (2/27)

I even got a reminder email. I finally got through on their service line -- it took several calls and waiting at least 45 minutes.

The rep proceeded to lie and said they had called me. I had no missed calls during the time period. It all turned out to be a waste of my time anyway because she also lied about what the company had promised me, too.

I used to be a big fan of Lululemon, but my experience with the Mirror (which they should not have purchased because they had no idea how to market it, and then partnered with Peleton, an equally awful company, and lied to customers about the terms and the outcome, and made our expense purchase useless and destroyed our cohesive community).

They are not to be trusted.

There are far better companies to buy workout wear ... try Alo and Sweaty Betty.

I am getting an error message on my android app that says 'Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later'. This happens when I hit 'Start Class' on the app. My phone connects to the mirror with no issue, however the class will not start

Missing classes

I paid a lot of money for the mirror. And I have been paying $40 a month for the app. I already have the peloton app. Now there are virtually no classes for this very expensive home gym. NOT OK

Amazing customer service

Technology is fickle and after trying multiple times to fire up my mirror after we moved, the mirror wouldn't connect to wifi. Calling customer service is hardly ever an enjoyable experience and though it was frustrating to figure out the problem, the lady we spoke with was patient, informative, friendly, and helpful. Best customer service experience I've ever had.

A few months ago I asked to have my subscription put on hold indefinitely. I was told even though I own mirror outright I was not able to do. When my 3 month period ended I saw I was charged again. I happened to be with the person I also had bought a mirror for and learned they were able to cancel indefinitely Guess it depends on agent of what kind customer service you will be provided. Not good

I needed help to get my mirror connected again. And the girl who helped me was awesome! This is the second person Ive spoken with and both were very knowledgeable, professional and nice. If anyone ever needs help with anything dont hesitate to contact their customer service. They are extremely pleasant and proficient!
